Naranjji Home Furniture Purchase Terms & Conditions
1. Order Confirmation:
• All orders must be confirmed in writing, with an itemized list of selected furniture. Any changes after confirmation will require approval and may incur additional charges.
2. Pricing and Payment:
• Prices are quoted based on current market conditions and may be subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made before delivery or as agreed in the invoice terms. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, credit card.
3. Refund on Orders:
• All furniture is available on order. Once an order for furniture has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered unless agreed upon in writing. A 80% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. Remaining is to be paid before dispatch.
4. Delivery and Lead Time:
• Lead times for delivery are estimates and subject to change based on production and supply chain factors. Delivery charges apply unless otherwise specified.
5. Warranties:
• We offer a standard 6 mnth warranty on all furniture covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
1. You are responsible for all costs of transportation for your Goods.
2. We will make every reasonable effort to keep to delivery schedules.
3. We will take no responsibility for delivery delays occurring because of external events beyond our
reasonable control.
4. Natural flaws and imperfections in wood are not damages or defects.
5. We are not responsible for damages caused by any third party during shipment, and unloading of your
container.
6. We do not accept refund or exchange as all products are made available on order.
