Our products are only available on order and therefore we do not offer an exchange or refund once the order goes into production.
1.We accept no cancellation or refund on custom made products.
2. You are responsible for the careful selection of Goods you order (e.g. Goods fit into Your house).
3.All items are packed with the utmost care but the courier company does not take responsibility. Hence, in the ‘rare case’ if the product is damaged during transit the customer will pay 60% of the cost of repairs and 40% will be paid by Naranjji, in the case that the customer chooses to get repairs (a proof of repair receipt will be required).
